I was in a customary marriage 2016 with man A but left in 2017 cause of domestic violence, I was denied US visitor visa while claimed man A as my husband then though US embassy didn’t take any docs from me except what I fill in the DS-160, and as we all know that USCIS and CIC shares information. I met man B (a Canadian PR holder) in 2018 July and we are getting married this year dec 2019, so Im going to get my previous marriage dissolved in a customary court this month, so that man B can file spousal visa for me, my question is will CIC ask for divorce certificate, cause my previous marriage was customary not legal, plus can I be married 5 months after dissolving marriage? Since I’m legally getting married to man B by December this year and I wanna dissolve the previous marriage this month. I would appreciate your advises and answers

Your current husband needs to be including you on his current application. Based on your previous posts you have already completed the majority of the marriage components.

I don’t think you understood my message. I’m asking majorly if I can present dissolution of marriage papers from customary court to CIC, in my country you can only get divorce certificate if you were legally married, Man B and I will be getting married dec this year, and I’m just about going to a customary court this month to dissolve my previous marriage that I left since 2017

Based on your previous posts you are already married. You have to be included in your husband’s PR if you are already married. You should speak to a lawyer about what you should do about your fake marriage. Determining what to do after lying to immigration is a question for a lawyer not a forum.

“When I applied for USA visitor visa last year, I lied that I was married and got some real legal marriage documents just to convince USA consular that I have a strong tie with my country but was denied visa anyway. So this year, I married a different man legally(he’s waiting for his Canadian pr) we have supporting documents of our legal marriage but we’ve not done the traditional wedding so no wedding pictures yet per say, but we have other pictures to show, I’m not a Canadian citizen or a pr, we are hoping to start processing mine when my husband get his before this year runs out, can I fill in the sponsorship that I’ve never been married or should I fill married before but divorced and show divorce document, apparently getting a divorce papers will be very hard since I don’t even have contact of the previous man I claimed to be married to when I applied for USA visa, will Canadian immigration ask USA the kinda information I gave them when I applied for visitors visa last year. Cause if they do, they will find out about my lies of being married to one man last year who is completely not the man I married now. What should I do please?”

Your message was understood. However, we are able to see your previous posts where you tell a COMPLETELY different story.

FYI, inventing a domestic abuse situation to try to cover the fact that you committed immigration fraud is disgusting.
