Adding any thing now may delay your application. They will know that you have just left high school. You are not expected to enter the work force after highschool. So a gap shouldn't be an issue.
Thank you so much man, you are the best.
I recently seen a post of a high school graduate pursuing a diploma at a college and got their visa rejected.
I am worried, since I am also a high school graduate, and I thought that high school graduates have a better visa success rate. The difference is that they are pursuing a diploma at a college and I am pursuing a Bachelor degree at a university.
Does pursuing a Bachelor degree gives a higher visa success rate compared to pursuing a diploma at a college?

You cannot make such assumptions, all cases depend on the Individual profile. The reasons for refusal can be financial, ties to home country etc.

For that other post, the problem is that The Visa Officer is not satisfied that they will return to their home country after study. They also referenced the wrong institution in their SOP and that could be the problem.

You think the "return to home country after study" would be a problem in my case? My parents and older sister are all in Vietnam, only one of my sisters is in Canada. So should I worry about this?

No, if you are unmarried your parents should be in your home country. If you ate married then your spouse and Children should be in you home country. In any case you can't alter facts, so not much you can do with regards to home ties.
