Hi. i called the CIC customer care today about the updates. They said that they are currently processing applications received up to May 10.

I am still waiting for my AOR. Application received on Apr 30

Yes, I started reading the book but I think I will study more in-depth when I have the test invite. But still I am reading the content for now and try to remember it
I find it strange that so many people are still waiting for AOR...Maybe lots of agents are on vacation? The summer is not helping I guess...too many people will be off...

I was told the same thing. My application was received on April 23rd, and I am still waiting.
The agent said that he could not locate my file in the system, but from what I have been reading, it happens all the time. So I am not too worried.

Mine was Apr 11th but still no AOR. I check my mailbox everyday to see if my file is returned. This is little frustrating.

I had a long wait as well until July 3rd when I received my AOR. I had called CIC a few times, the agent said the files are viewed at a rolling 8 week basis, so yours might be with an officer who is still reviewing old files.

This is important information. So current rolling window is 8 weeks. Also we have information from bringiton saying that they are processing applications received up to May 10.

This means currently they are processing applications received between 15 March and 10 May.
