"I am kind of in a hurry" is never a good idea when you want to submit a complete and strong application! Make sure you take your time and write a good SOP.
Let me know if you need any help.

Thank you,
Could you please tell that if there are any particular topics I should mention more or show importance too while writing the new SOP

I am going to Centennial College and say if I mention that I will leave after my study and VO grants me the visa. Now what happens after my course is completed and I apply for the PGWP and can they question me that I said I'll leave in my SOP and now I am asking for work permit.
If your plan in the future is to gain canadian experience, you are eligible to apply for pgwp but then again, it is up to you if you want to do it at the end of your study. This application is only for your SP and what happens after is up to you so long as you don't overstay or without legal status. Future plans are up to you, don't over think this part. You will be assessed on PGWP with different eligibility requirements and so long as you meet these requirements, no reason for rejection other than if you have done anything that is unlawful, if your school/program doesn't qualify for PGWP or your found inadmissable. Right now your main concern is to make sure they are convinced that you are a genuine student and that you are fully aware of the conditions of the visa.

This is a very vague reason and you will see it in everybody's refusal letter. I understand its getting late for Sept intake but you dont to risk and spoil your record with one more rejection. The main goal is to study in Canada but not necessary that it has to be in this Sept. Take time, apply for gcms notes, see what exactly the concerns are, prepare a SOP and letter of explanation and reapply in Jan 2020. I have been there and have made mistakes of applying without gcms. I learnt my lesson and patiently waited for gcms and then reapplied.

I have actually made a connection in the visa office and I am going to them for consultation let's see what they have to say. My consultant also says that we'll write a new sop in which we will give importance to you're ties with India and convince them that I will come back. And how much time gcms take

I passed my 12th in 2018 and for the past year and a half I was going through the process. Now that I've finally got everything everything cleared I can't wait another 5 months for the January intake the caipsgcms will take 5 weeks for full report and I don't have that long my consultant says that it's alright we will write a new sop and will give importance to you're ties with you're home country and the connection is my friends sister who signs on the visa application as they are moved forward. So she's called me for consultation on how to approach this issue.

You were write man she didn't work in the visa office but was a consultant in a study abroad consultancy and I actually think I know why my visa got rejected.
See I asked my agent to send some guys sop so that I can see how to write it. That guy was going to Sheridan College and u decided to change the details on his sop and put in mine. I am going to Centennial College. So I changed Everything andpuy in my information and edited the paragraphs accordingly and send the sop back to my agent for reviewing. The sop came and I applied for visa when it got rejected I re read my SOP and was that in the 4 line it says Sheridan College instead of Centennial.
So in short in mentioned the wrong college in my SOP at one place and I am pretty sure that if I had mentioned the correct college name I would've got the visa.

never a good idea to edit somebody else's SOP. So many things are different. right from educational background to career goals, social to economic ties, etc. Now edit it again and also look at the refusal reasons in your gcms report. This time, you also need a letter of explanation to defend the refusal reasons.

I didn't get a report it was taking to long and there's only one reason for my refusal and that was that he was unsatisfied that I will return

I would re-write the whole thing. Do not 'edit' anything. That's where you have went wrong in the first place.

Yes I know
Man I was not able to sleep when I found out. I feel sick in my stomach.
You have learned from the mistake. Take your time and make it personal to you this time. I understand you have set your heart on September intake, but I don't think that will be possible as it is close. As Helican said, don't risk another refusal just because you are in a rush. Good luck

I still have 2 months and I'll reapply by mid of this month at max.
So I should get an answer within 20 days as I did with my first application right?

It's not guaranteed how long any application will take unfortunately. You were refused the first time, so this time there will be more scrutiny on it. don't forget to highlight in the application that you were refused or you will face the possibility of a ban for misrepresentation. I mean it's up to you when you apply, but because you are rushing, you don't want to make mistakes. There have been countless examples of people not getting notes, not knowing the exact reason why they were refused and they keep getting refused just cause like you 'they were in a hurry'. If you decide to go ahead, good luck with the application and do your SOP from scratch. No editing other people's or using a template.
