WES send document for second time for verification ( as per status )
University replied first time but for second time , university is saying they didn’t received any email or postal for verification

University replied first time but for second time , university is saying they didn’t received any email or postal for verification
I don't think Wes sends documents twice, just write in contact us query... There must be some problem with the status update....
For me they reviewed my documents for one month and after that updated that documents not received. I fought it through as to how it is possible... Give them benefit of doubt stating that the recent status update is probably because of some problem in website... So kindly amend as the documents have already been verified... It may also happen if the university had not replied in the format desired or have not added the ref number ( this number is a different number from ur Wes ref number)

It is unlikely that WES will send the documents to university twice. As in the first place, the university is directly sending all documents in a sealed envelope to WES & WES carries a secondary verification for the same. The University confirms the authenticity of the documents and thats it. It makes no sense to resend the documents to University.
I appears to be a case of delay in updation of status. Either the University didn't send the verification mail in the correct format to WES or the WES didn't update the status in their system.

Currently, my profile is on hold for second verification.
Time line
18/2/19 - we received ur documents
28/2/19 - On hold for verification
15/3/19 - evaluation in progress
18/4/19 - On hold for verification
My university has sent their first verification response. Soon after, my status changes from on hold to evaluation in progress.
After couple of days, my profile was again put on hold for second verification from university.
No change in status from last 60 days .
More over university is saying they didn’t received any verification this time .
Pls suggest what should I do now ?

Its been a long time since 18/02/2019. Even for secondary verification of documents, WES has contacts with designated officers at all recognised universities. They usually wait for seven week's time before sending another reminder to the university for confirmation of your education documents. The university has to reply in the correct format for the WES to accept their confirmation.
I suggest you follow up with WES through mail or telephonically. WES strongly suggests that you do not contact your university as the secondary verification is strictly a communication between WES and your university.

You'll need to check with your university what the exact wording of the response sent to WES is. I know it's a pain, but WES is extremely particular about the way the response is framed. A couple words here and there, and the verification process goes into a complete loop
It's relieved and sent to WES, It took around 15-20 days by customs to release and examine
