My pcc expires in one or two days. But my status still the same... what to do? Background check not started yet? Whom should I contact as my file is handled by consultants..

Congratulations to all new PPR holders.

I need help from seniors on validating my theory that cases with dependents (2-4) get processed faster. It's just based on immitracker data and any insight would just help me in my estimates:)

So many PPRs and congratulations to offer, I wouldn't know where to start! Please excuse my absence - there's a lot of moving parts with my move to Canada, and I haven't been v attentive here. Can my old friends @Pura Vida, @Shahanastar and @Maya1515 tell me where they're at?
Hey..thanks for sticking around.
I got a very well drafted generic response to my enquiry so I have no clue where I stand. I really hope this wait ends soon for all of us. @Pura Vida @Maya1515

I'm not a senior but I think that you may be right and in some cases applicants with multiple dependants are privileged over the others.

Got this response from London VO to web form inquiry raised almost three weeks ago. Dec 11 AOR. Criminality passed, no idea about anything else.

"Thank you for your enquiry.
The address details will be updated in our system shortly.
For information, this application has recently been transferred to this office (London, UK) for processing and is currently awaiting review.
We will contact you again as soon as we are able to. In the meantime, please do not send repeat status requests as we will be unable to respond to them. Your cooperation will be appreciated."

I guess this means the file is in queue awaiting review.

Anyone else from December 11 AoR still waiting? This wait is driving me nuts. I can't plan my life or future unless I know what's happening with my application. It hasn't moved since MEP. The GCMS notes show review required for POF and everything else is cleared. I'd be glad if they even sent an ADR, atleast it would feel like my file has moved. Why can't they just tell us that it will take another 2 months. Atleast I'll plan my life accordingly. Ugh. So frustrated.

Guys i still do have a query, I had applied PR only for myself and child. if I wish to take my husband on Visitor visa for the initial settling down help, can he apply for TRV quoting my PR and child care as the reason?
