I called cic yesterday..my file is in Ottawa .They are reassessing my medical .

Time line please. My file is at Ottawa as well. Still nothing change.

the trick is to call them first thing in the morning, I managed to get through calling at 1230hrs the UK time, I had to attempts and was connected to the agent. Good luck! #itisn'tright

Transfer file to Ottawa? No idea about that but annoy assessing medical.. Same for me they will extend it
