I also tried both mine (applicant) and my Husband (sponsor). It did not work. Is it possible my package just lost?

Try to check with the currier service or Canada Post to see if your package has been received.

We sent ours with signature to make sure IRCC receives it. And I got a delivery notice of Canada Post.

I had to call to hear anything about mine. Call the IRCC 1-888-242-2100 (from Canada phone) and I believe it's 2-1-1-0 or something similar as far as the numbers you press to get to someone (just listen to make sure it is still ur situation).
I couldn't submit mine online because they put my county of birth next to my city name, so I'd have no idea to input that as well when searching. They'll do it step by step with you over the phone and tell you your app #. It's very convenient.

I wanted to ask you if you applied to the office in Mississauga, because we applied there, and our application was also received on April 30th, but we still have no AOR yet and I wonder if the reason behind is that it depends on the person processing each application or if it depends on the office who processes them.

No one knows anything about how the process works it terms of officers handling it but if you sent it to Mississauga it should be there, you need to call and ask specially that some people were able to link their applications whithout receiving AOR. No one also can say anything about how fast the Mississauga process applications it’s different for each month and all what we can do is wait and see.

If you could link your application to GKey, then, you’ll receive AOR email soon. Also, it’s possible that you will never receive AOR email because sometimes they don’t send it, but you can see your status and all the information needed in your GKey account and ECAS, then, there’s no big deal. You just have to be patient and wait.

My husband got the AOR today. 66 days after application was received by IRCC. That is why I was able to link it in my GKey account.
But my husband was told by the Immigration Customer Support that even if he doesn't get an AOR it does not matter, because since the application is in process everything is fine.
Still nice to see the AOR.

No need to apologize. It was definitely my fault. I know you wrote something like that. I just wanted to get to talk to someone fast.
Btw I did not know that when calling immigration they had an abuse line. But it's a good thing they do and I hope that it helps the people who experience abuse. Very sad those things happen. :-(
