Are they siblings/parents or cousins/aunts/uncles?

No, it will not impact your application at all. I know 3 students whose sibling are currently in Canada and they got the study permit. So dont worry and prepare a strong SOP.

They should not have an impact. Also in the family information form, you would need to put information only for your parents and siblings.

I would recommend that in your Statement of Purpose, you need to clearly mention that you will be returning back to your country after you finish your program in Canada. It is important to show ties in your homeland. For example, a job offer letter, taking part in your parents business, your family back home, your properties or your parents properties, etc etc.

They might have an impact if they are your parents and/or siblings (whom you will have to mention in the family info form), and you fail to prove ties to your country. Otherwise it should not be a problem.

In the new family information form. IMM5707, you only need to mention your spouse, parents and children. You don't need to mention your siblings in it. That was the old form which is still used for other immigration....
