No Submission confirmation after 2 months

Hi All,

I submitted visitor visa online application for my brother (Iran) on April 25th. My brother was rejected visa on August 2018, he did his biometric back then and it was valid. I only received payment confirmation but no "submission confirmation" so he does not even have application number.
I tried filling up webform and sending emails to every email addressed I've found. but no response ! what should I do?! is this normal ?!

This isn't normal as it's been more than two moths now. I am sure the processing times for Iran are not more than 50 days or so and if that's the case, that has passed. Can you shed more light on your case. Like document wise etc? Does your brother have family ties in Iran, is he married? kids? etc? Also you might want to send an email directly to the visa office responsible for dealing Irani applicants and put URGENT in the subject line. Give this a shot and see if it works.

If you guys can read properly you would understand the message or case. He/she clearly stated that there was no confirmation of submission. That means the application wasn't submitted. Is it not a submitted application that requires processing time? I don't think this case has to do with processing time. I would advise you fill a web form or mail IRCC filling your complaint and attaching your proof of receipt. Another thing is, did you submit all required documents?

Yes this is exactly my problem. However the application status is "submitted" but I never recieved "submission confirmation" nor an "application number".
Yes I submit all required documents. I tried filling up webform, technical issue and sending emails.but no response. I was wondering is no application number is normal for people with already valid biometrics? Cause I couldn't find anything about it.

My concern is not the processing time. It's that I don't have application number yet which I think I should have recieved it right when I applied.

Okay then, check the biometrics information you would see your application number there.
