I called this number +1-613-944-4000 many times as well but it gave you a bunch of options, and when I finally reached out to someone who could talk to me, they told me that the express entry application cannot be handled over the phone. Did you talk to any agent successfully visa this number? What options did you choose?

Yes I could speak to an agent using this number. Just hear our the options and then lastly have to press 0 to speak to the agent.

Today got another ghost update but nothing changed in the profile.

I am not sure but the reason why i took interest in your post is because we have very similar timelines.
May Aor is May 2nd but i also got BIL email on June 11 and then i got a Ghost update email on June 12. I did also completed my biometrics on June 18.
After seeing your initial comment above, i logged into my CIC account, and although i did not get a ghost update e-mail, my account status read "Updated". When i went into it, again nothing changed then when i went back out it had changed back to submitted. Did your status change back to submitted after you had clicked in to check the account?
I'm hoping this is our IP2 of some sorts and if we are extemely lucky, one or both of us might get PPR next week.
