HELP NEEDED FOR MY FILE'S LAST STAGE

Hello people , i graduated in 2018 (may ) for my bachelor's and further i proceeded LLB from Panjab University chd . And now i am planning to drop my study (after 2 semester- results awaiting for 2nd) and i have an offer letter for JAN 2020 , already paid fees and have Gic recipt ... To note that i didn't mention anything about LLB during offer letter and now when i file my application...(1).do i need to show work experience ? or (2) i can just show my dropped education? or (3) i need to show nothing? -** My agent is not guiding me properly...how would it be safe because , i don't have any work ex and if I try getting it , it would be from a friend's firm (if I'll make it- honestly don't want to) . Suggest me for filling. I Graduated in bcom in may 2018 and offer letter is for GBM 2020

Show your dropped study, you have to be truthful in any visa application.

You have three choices or paths you can take.

1) Don't write anything, this will have negative outcome 100%.

2) Be truthful, this will have negative outcome, but you can justify your dropped study in S.O.P.

3) By forging work experience, you will either get visa now, but if IRCC gets to know you will be deported and banned, or you will be banned for misrepresentation for 5 years immediately


In options 1 and 2, your agent won't get any commission. Option 3 is the best choice for your agent, but worst choice for you.

Remember, you are not the client for the agent, the college is. Think about it and decide what to do, it's your application.

I think I completely messed up everything...I got too good academics and this point might ruin everything

okay ... well if i donot mention anything ...how shall that amount to negativeness ? kindly brief . plus i GOT an offer letter without mentioning anything and only by my academics ... isn't that a positive point that if the college is ready to admit me with a gap .. why should embassy have an isuue ? --- ONLY MY THINKING .. plz brief ....

Well, if you don't mention anything then you are essentially saying that you were not doing anything in that period of time. This is taken in a negative manner as if you are unemployed, you are at more risk of overstaying.

You can get offer letter from college easily. Why will they not accept you, you are paying much more money than the domestic students.

The visa officer's decision is to ensure that you are a candidate who can afford the cost of studies and living, will abide by the terms and of the visa and leave once your studies is complete.

first start by saying bye to the fraud agent. Why do you think that gap will affect your application? you have 10 other positive things that can dominate this one issue. Highlight your strengths in the SOP. The officers are not trained to only find fault in the application but also to look at the positive intentions of the student. You have good intentions to study, have finances, knows what program could benefit in future, has a clean background and will not do anything illegal if study permit approved. Focus on what could get your application approved instead of thinking abt one issue which is actually not a big issue at all. You didnt go to jail or commit any crime. Its just a education gap.
