Afternoon,

Apologies if this has been asked before but I would appreciate the insight/experiences of people who have faced a similar situation

I have just received the request for my medical and have some concerns as I have a pre-existing medical condition (psoriasis). Although this is not infections and poses no risk to anyone else it does require some quite expensive medication as treatment. I have looked through the Canadian Govt website and think i am right when i say that because I am sponsored by my wife through the family route i am exempt from the excessive demand provision and a such the cost of medication wouldn't be a consideration - is this assumption correct?

Appreciate the input form anyone that has had a similar experience

Thanks
