i am not sure why they have different processing times for the same kind of application.A lot of us haven't even received AOR yet
I think they might have few different teams working on this type of application. Once a team finishes one stack of application they get another stack. So the team who got last week of Mays application already started processing while others are still pending. This is just my opinion. I might be wrong.
