I haven't got pre-arrival letter. They requested criminal record along with medical request more than 1 year ago. And no, I haven't requested GCMS notes. I didn't know of that before and now I think there would be no sense to ask one.

Never trust phone agents!! Yesterday the teller told me my medicals were extended. Today I called again to check if there has been an update. He said the medicals are not extended yet. Has anybody else also gotten different replies from the agents?

What does your online account say for the medical if it shows the new passed date for 2019 then it’s extended if not then it’s not extended yet.

I passed my medicals in MAY 2019 but on CIC account is says that I passed them on JULY 2018!

It said you don't need a medical. Thats what I told the lady who told me they are extended. That I didnt get an update nor is my status changed. That’s strange as 90% of the cases that are posting here have seen the update so little confused on that as I am also waiting for it to be extended 4 days left dec 7 2017 all assessment passed 14 th May 2019 and ghost update 6 th June 2019

Hi, I have sent my application on June 22, 2019. Canada Post tracker is showing that it was delivered on June 27th. However, I have not received any confirmation emails or anything from IRCC.

Does anybody know how long it usually takes to get the confirmation of delivery from Immigration?

It happened to everyone.. the officer will give your copr validity either one year from medical check or expiry date for your passport, which ever come earlier.

what's the purpose of sending pre-arrival letter. Did anyone know about that?
