If you wish to work in Canada, your best bet is to focus on applying to immigrate so that you can become a permanent resident.
It's pretty much impossible.Thank you for your response.
I see, but is there's little chance of possiblities to find an employer?
Because as of now I'm financial not stable to do migration process and may thought this will be a good option for me and to my sister if I get direct hired.
That's good possibility then, thank you. I will try to find and see. It's pretty much impossible.
If you want to - you can certainly try. There are no jobs or employers on this forum - so none of us here can help you. You would need to apply for jobs through job sites such as linkedin and look for an employer who is willing to get an approved LMIA.
The employer has to do this. It's very expensive and takes a long time (4-6 months). And there's no guarantee of approval. That's good possibility then, thank you. I will try to find and see.
Do you know how LMIA process?

Thank you, As of now.You can try, but watch out for scammers, as there are a lot out there.
If someone offers you a job when you have not had an interview, it's a scam. Also look out for free flights, free food, bad grammar and outrageous salaries. If it contains any of these, it's a scam as well.
