I just got refused

Should I reapply ? I think reason maybe I chose diploma program instead of Master. I thought I have written pretty good reason to why I have chosen this particular school.
Any tips ? Did anyone got their visa after reapplying ? Can I apply with same documents but with improved SOP ?

your spouse should apply afterwards. You can show her as your family ties in your home country which will ensure that you will return.

So what happens if I apply for SOWP for my spouse before I went to Canada? I may defer for a 2020.

Once you have your application approved, you can apply for SOWP for your spouse anytime.

I will advise you defer your admission, get your gcms as this will give you a better understanding of the refusal reasons and re-apply.
It's better you get your approval first before applying for your spouse.

When your application gets rejected and the reason is sec 216(1), it is better to apply for GCMS notes, read the detailed comments by the immigration officer and rectify the reasons for rejection and then reapply. Reapplying with just changing the SOP is hardly going to improve the chances of approval.

what should I do now,
now I waiting about 5 five weeks for Canada Embassy final decision about student visa.

complete a new form with the updated info. then complete the webform for case specific enquiry on cic website. Let them know what happened and just attach the updated form.

I have a rejection in non sds and my previous biometrics are in use as we know and now the file applied is in sds.
