Hloo sir i got mail from canadian embassy firstly of approval of application of cananda student visa on 28 june and on same day i got mail of refusal i m confused about this mail why this happens is it possible that embassy sends both mail of rejection and approval please clear my doubts

What did the refusal letter say? They might have decided to cancel your visa if they found out there is some sort of misrepresentation in your application
