Please guide !!

I am married and my CRS is 455. I entered the EE pool alone, my spouse is not accompanying me. She will not be able come until second half of 2020 due to personal issues. In fact, I want to settle first in Canada if granted visa and then bring my kid and spouse in Canada.

What complication will my application has if I decide to go alone ?
What sort of clarification will I have to give regarding my kid and spouse not accompanying me ?
Are there any chance of visa rejection if I choose to go alone ?

Agents here are saying there will not be any issue but I am not fully convinced.

Don’t worry, no issue.
It is a very common scenario, that’s why cic has given option to apply alone.

A simple question, please reply:

Just received an email from WES saying Your documents have been sent both via email and via courier to university for verification.

Does the university ONLY needs to reply via email OR via both email and courier?

if it is only email then why WES is sending hard copies as well to university?

Please clarify, i received an email from WES today suggesting On hold status.

Secondary verification of Documents is common nowadays, especially for Indian Universities. The University knows how to respond to emails to WES, and they probably have a designated officer to respond to such queries. All you can do is wait for some time & then follow up with your university.

Yes it's just the normal process of verification by WES ,just in case your university did not recieve the email,then the hardcopy will be recieved.and is just by email your university will reply to them.

Not to worry sir. Like @Punitsingh mentioned, the option has been given to facilitate applicants like yourself.

Many people choose to go ahead themselves, settle down and then call their families over - others choose to immigrate together. It's a personal choice really as per circumstances.

I would say apply together and don’t worry about this as a dilemma. With the timeframe you’re talking about, it probably works okay anyway. So once you get the invite, apply, get approved etc, you’ll probably be Q1 2020 anyway. And you have a certain period of time to land in Canada (I think 6 months).

It would avoid you having to explain why your spouse isn’t coming. Plus if you apply alone, and then ask to sponsor them so soon after, it might come across as you misleading immigration given your intention is for them to join you so soon

Just my opinion but it’s what i’d do in your situation
