only Background check was updated since then
Background check : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Edit: VFS Track shows has been received at the Bangalore VAC on 2019/04/16 and is on transit to the IRCC Office in Bangalore ,for processing.

I applied on 23 May under SDS and have still not received anything till now. I checked my application and it looks like I have filled the IMM5707e instead of IMM5645 under family information. Could anyone tell me who applied under SDS which form they had filled?

You have to fill IMM5645 not IMM5707E

I just filled on the 4th and it is IMM5645E, it says so on the online upload form. To correct it, you can fill the IMM5645E and send a webform and upload the IMM5645E.

If they sent a request for the IMM5645E, you should see that in your application.
