I have a question, one of my parents got sick and had to travel to another country for medical treatment. Unfortunately, she pass away while staying in that other country (USA).

When filling out ITA forms, I not sure what to put as country and city or residence:
Should I enter where she used to live OR where she died?

Any help would be welcome.
Thanks.

The city & country where she used to live - where her home was.

Hi Goose, thanks for your quick response.

Just want to add an extra piece of information that can be of relevance to the case:
My mom stayed in the USA for around 7 months, so if as she was living for more than 6 months there, doesn't make her be a resident of the USA?

I don't mean to be insensitive, but it really doesn't matter. Your mother is sadly deceased now, and IRCC won't ask you to prove that she lived in the US, or her home country, or anywhere else.

You can put the US address if you like.
