June 2019 TRV Timelines

Hi all,

I am Malaysian and I applied for a Visitor Visa from Ireland and my timeline is as follow:

3rd June - submitted Visitor Visa application
5th June - submitted biometrics
27th June - realised eligibility status changed to reviewing (didn't receive a message or email so it might have happened a day or two before)
28th June - visa approved, received correspondence letter and passport request

Now I have posted my passport for stamping, hope it comes back soon enough for me to be in Canada by the end of next week.

Online... bt my visa got denied. It seems, they dont allow youngster to go so easily. Now will reapply after marriage only

Now they increased denying reason
1. Strong reason to stay in canada as my sister is there. No idea why as i have a job, parents are in india and i am getitng married too.
2. Purpose: No idea, why.Same purpose for parents worked.
3. Financial asset : being young , i dont own any assset. This could be correct, but they should have denied with this reason before too. Atleast i would not have reapplied
But overall happy as atleast my parents are going

Mostly I saw very few people here having success with Canadian visa (rejected with very simple or weird reason from VO)

you are right as i am from canada i saw lot of them from this age group comes here violates the purpose of their visit. but u seem u have genuine intention to visit. good luck for the next time

My purpose was genuine but because of other people, who work illegally , i think, impacted my file. I am not sure if I will apply again later, as they will keep denying.

Yes that could be a reason but my suggestion is to make your profile stronger by having fixed job or business and make travel history so that u give some time and apply later

Job is permanent but I guess red flag is, its Private . Yeah I will first build my travel history and reapply after some years.
Again I saw some post , where people are denied visa, even if their Travel history is good.
