Should my father come again to give his biometrics after refusing the last application?

Its name is International Organization for Migration (IOM).. one of my father's friends has applied from it and get the visitor Visa for all his family members, however, our application was stronger than his but we got refused. For example, he didn't have any properties or family members left behind him.

The fees of the single entry visa is 70$ while the multiple entry visa price is 145$

This appears to be a UN Org. that helps refugees. However, I don't see anything that says they will get you a visa.

Can you send me a link to the page where it talks about getting people visas?

The fees are definitely not correct. The link I sent you is the official website for the Government of Canada.

OK I found the part where they talk about Visa Application Solutions.

Sorry, I don't know much about how IOM works and can't help you. Maybe they have a subsidized rate or something like that.

Is there a reason you aren't applying as an ordinary tourist? Are you a refugee?

I haven't visited their website before.. I just went to their office with my father and give them our documents and passports and the take our fingerprints... after that they gave us a number to track our application in VFS website.

A lot of people were applying like us there, so it took us almost 2 hours to finish everything because the employees were just 5.

Of course my father's friend is the one who had advised us to go there especially when he got his Visa from the first attempt.

Well, no matter how you apply, through IOM or any other organization, you still need to meet the basic requirements for a visitor visa.

What is your purpose for coming to Canada? You don't sound like a tourist.

If you give a little more detail about what you're really trying to do, I can help further. I'm not going to judge you or anything like that, just be honest. It sounds like you're trying to immigrate to Canada/get here to claim asylum.

I don't know what happened but I couldn't open the website for a while!?

Just for visiting no more... it's almost summer now... a lot of people go on vacation these days because there is no schools or universities.. and my father planning to get a month or two as a vacation, so he decided to visit Canada like his friend who I told you about.. he also has some other friends there in Canada and one of my relatives is living in Canada too.. so I decided to go with him like when he has travelled to other countries before.

Also, my father job isn't an ordinary one.. and he can't leave it just like that.. and of course we aren't in our homeland.

So do you think it's better to apply for multiple entry Visa this time?... but I heard it's harder to get than single entry visa...

And I seriously want to know what papers or other documents should I bring with me since my dad will not be here to reapply by himself.

I think you should do a lot more research if you want to get a tourist visa. Your chances are very low. Good luck.

the important thing now is what document should I bring with me to prove that my father wants to reapply without coming again since his biometrics is fine... all people here speak another language, so I barely understand them.
