Should my father come again to give his biometrics after refusing the last application?

Hello.

Both I and my father have travelled to another country to apply to Canadian visitor Visa because the country we are in doesn't have a Canadian Embassy, but we got refused ... now we want to reapply.

The problem is that my dad is in that country now while I'm in the country that has Canadian Embassy... my question is that since my father have given them his biometrics (fingerprint/ photos), can I just reapply for him and myself without him coming to this country?

Will I need any extra specific documents from my father since he will not be present in the office? Or all what I have to do is to take my and his documents and go to the office to reapply normally? Won't they ask for anything else because my father isn't with me?

You should ask your local visa office (where you're planning to go to apply). Different countries have different requirements.

Generally speaking (in most countries and cases), you can do the application entirely online. No need to submit any physical documents. Since biometrics are already given, the only time you'll need to send them a physical document is if his visa is approved and they ask for the passport.

I don't know a lot about these things, but when we have applied for the first time in IOM office they took our passports with other documents, yet we got refused by the Embassy due to some reasons.. so now we are going to add new documents to support our new application to avoid refusing again.. so how can we give them these new documents if we apply online?

Unless you have much stronger ties than your previous posts you are unfortunately going to get rejected again. You need proof that you will return to your home country. Seems like you have been living in various countries since graduating high school. You need to show things like long term good employment, property that you own, family members that will stay behind, etc.

Well, you are right I have been travelling to many countries after graduating, but I'll just accompany my father to Canada as a tourist like other countries, but I don't know why did we really get refused ... my father has proved everything well... even his wife will not come with us! Because she hates travelling especially to so far countries like Canada

I heard that Canadian Visa just given by the mood of the Embassy members.. so even if everything is fine, it depends on the person who processes our application

Your father may get a visa but not you since you don’t seem to have a long term job, property or a family (spouse or children) you are leaving behind. Your refusal would have given you some idea of why you are refused plus you can order GCMS notes.

I also want to know if this affected the application, but my father chose and paid for the single entry Visa not for the multiple entries (which is the default) because he said that "I just want to visit Canada one time .. it's enough."

There's no difference - you can't pay for a single entry visa, they don't have different fees. IRCC decides whether to give you a multiple entry visa or a single entry visa.

You seem to not be aware of the requirements to get a tourist visa. You should do some research before applying again.

Why do you want to come to Canada? What's the purpose of your visit?

When we applied to the office they told us there are two types of Visa one is for single entry and the other is for multiple entries ... and the single entry Visa is half price the multiple entry Visa!!? So we paid for the single entry visa as my father chose..

The fee is CAD 100 for any TRV (visitor visa)

Its name is International Organization for Migration (IOM).. one of my father's friends has applied from it and get the visitor Visa for all his family members, however, our application was stronger than his but we got refused. For example, he didn't have any properties or family members left behind him.

The fees of the single entry visa is 70$ while the multiple entry visa price is 145$
