I agree. The agent I spoke with put me on hold for several minutes then apologized for it taking so long. He said he couldn't find any reason why it was transferred but then he looked again and said, "Oh wait! I see. It says "transferred file for work re-distribution".(Also I never got a single update for file transfer, I think it’s normal only to learn about transfer by calling and specifically asking— and you have to get an agent who both knows/can see and will tell you!)
