PR criminal record check

hi , i appreciate ur effort for helping people .

please if i was in UAE ( dubai ) and i take a loan and credit card than , i move now to Canada for work permit , and now i apply for the PR ( after be nominated ) with IRCC , this can cause me problem in my criminal record check for my PR application ????

noted : for my PR application i submit my police clearance taked 6 months after i left dubai but am warry if they will ask or check from UAE can cause me problem ????

If you have a criminal case on your record, then yes, it can cause an issue.

non , the banks , there still send me emails from collection dept to transfer it to police case if am not paying , what u advise me to do ?

You need to make arrangements to pay off your outstanding loan. Otherwise you won't be able to get a UAE PCC. If you can't get a UAE PCC then you won't be able to get PR in Canada.

IRCC equates foreign acharges with the Canadian Criminal Code and failing to pay a credit card is not a criminal offence here like it is in the UAE. As scylla said above, the issue is being refused a PCC.

You need to make arrangements to pay off your outstanding loan. Otherwise you won't be able to get a UAE PCC. If you can't get a UAE PCC then you won't be able to get PR in Canada.

thank you for ur reply , but i already take my police clearance from \UAE PCC and i submitted with my PR file , but my question is the bank start calling me now for the payment and am not able to pay now , so they can make police case under my name in UAE , is that effect my PR file ??/
haw they wull make the criminal record check , they will ask about me in UAE even after they got the police clearance in my file ??

Yes - this could still impact your PR application during background checks. Again, you need to make arrangements to pay off the money you owe.

Even so, a criminal charge in another country will delay his application at the very least if they check up. Yeah, in the end he may not be inadmissible, but it will cause an issue if they check with the UAE and find a criminal charge.
