is it possible to change program after 1 semester?

I got accepted for biotechnology but i dont like it. I want to change my program to SSW, Is it possible to change course? and if i change, would I have to attend from 1st semester even if i have already done 1 semester in another program?

Yes you can switch courses. It is up to the college whether you get credits from your 1st semester. You must inform CIC about the change in program.
