Did they send you an email you when your file was transferred to NDVO.
In my case my ATIP request shows the document has been mailed to Visa office on Feb 18, but i have not received any email communications.
Do you have any idea?

Its their country their immigration rules and methods to assess application . You shouldn't judge the entire process by the data you see from this forum. Most of the times the delay is caused by the PCC reports from the respective countries.

My file was transferred to NDVO on June 05, 2019. They started processing on 12 June, and received call from NDVO in 17 june 2019. I don’t know what to expect next.

Yeah I got an email that my file will be transferred to NDVO for further processing then again after 1week I received another email which was we received your file, total 2emails.

I had a call from NDVO on Apr 30, but that was regarding questions asked about my relationship and other aspects of the application post which i got a pre arrival on 29th May.
What did they ask you on call??

I am a PR and would like to apply for my spouse's PR. CPC-Missisauga adviced me to send my spouse's applicaiton to New Delhi visa office though she lives with me in Canada with a study permit.however,i am not sure where to send the form! should i send the form to Canadian High comission,New Delhi or to Visa applicaton center?

You have to send the application to sydney, nova scotia for outland and mississauga for inland not to new delhi. Just wondering at which number you called?
