I was offered a contract job by a Canada company. And they said they won't be able to offer me sponsorship, but i have enough funds to relocate on my own. I will like to know if it can be possible to apply for a working visa to aid my relocation... thanks

No, you will need to be helped by the company, as they have to formally apply for permission to employ you. (LMIA).

Thank you very much.... but just to be very clear.. does that mean it will be possible for the company to help me? since it is a contract job and the company is a non profit.

Realistically, probably not, if a Canadian worker could be found to do the job instead. Either way, the company will almost certainly be required to apply for the LMIA, which will cost them at least $1000 and do an advertising campaign to attempt to employ a Canadian worker.
