Congratulations!! Just curious- is the landing deadline on your COPR based off of when you did your medical or is it based on your MEP date? I have read it is usually 1 year from your medical date but wasn't sure which medical date. Thank you!

2 weeks after they receive your passport. First your application will get approved and then Return Tracker will get activated.

It’s based on the date your Medical tests were conducted and not on your MEP date.

I had applied (outside Canada, from Asia) under express entry program back in 2017. However, in early 2018 I was nominated under a PNP and was able to get ITA shortly after that. However, till to date I have not been called for visa/PPR.
Sharing my case for your reference, and to show how delayed cases can be!
In total, it has been 21 months, with no final resolution!

Just talked to IRCC. In a month, our Application has not moved beyond Criminality passed. So no change whatsoever in the last month. However, actually talked to a very sweet and polite agent.
