I just got the RPRF and paid the same, uploaded the receipt.
BG changed from "We are processing your background check.." to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

Is this IP2 ? Any guess what stage is it ?

Appears we are in some what same boat:
AoR 04 Apr, BIL completed 06 June , CRS 478 ,FWS outland, RPRF fees paid upfront ...

I think it’s IP1! I’m in the same stage!

Did it go to ‘your application is in progress..’ to ‘we are processing..’ or was it in ‘we are processing..’ from the start?
