Medicals doesn't show the correct date

I received my AOR on October 4, 2018
On May 9, 2019 I was asked to do my medical exam. A week later my medicals was changed to pass.
However It shows as "October 4, 2018 You passed the medical exam"
Shouldn't the date be a roughly May 2019 ? Is that something I should contact CIC about?

It doesn't matter. No need to call IRCC.
