My query is related to getting the reference letter from current employer.
I have 8 years of work ex with the same noc. 6 years with one employer and 2+ years with the current employer.
My old employer provided the reference letter in the exact format as requested by IRCC. But the current employer doesn't do that. I have an email from HR too. In fact they got all serious when they realized it's for immigration, looking at the format I requested.
I am in a situation where I cannot ask my colleague or manager for a reference letter too, because it jeopardizes my current employment.
I do have a number of other supporting docs though:
1. Offer letter with salary and job title
2. Promotion letter with salary and job title
3. Roles and responsibilities from Job descriptions of both the jobs I held or hold currently (I have print out from my own job cart too)
4. Bonus letter with updated compensation
5. Pay slips
6. Reference letter in company's format that says my job title, that my employment is currently active n joining date.
Will these suffice since my noc hasnt changed and I do have roles n responsibilities from my previous employer with whom I worked for 6 years.
