Even after completing 180 days no update, hope you hear good news soon.

Unfortunately NDVO is the slowest , currently it is taking 180-220 days to process PPRs, i would say to submit a webform asking status since you have already crossed the timeline and wait another 30-40 days, it will come for sure.
