I haven’t said that my eligibility started after passport request. I got back to back emails that i have notifications on my account and when i checked everything updated. Obviously they wouldn’t check my eligibility in seconds. Acc. To me they just didn’t update it before when my eligibility started and medical got passed. That’s why i got everything updated together.

Biometric submission: 29 May
I haven't got any email until now and i'm still watiting for the result. It has been nearly 28 days and i'm so nervous.

You have to be waiting dude. After 10 to 20 days from the bio-metric submission, your final status would be updated on your GC account.

Biometrics done on 6th June and updated same date
Since then waiting for further update

I submitted the application on 27th May, gave Biometric on 1st June and after that no status update on my application till date.

Anyone familiar about the CAIPS NOTES issued after visa refusal? I was advised to file one for CAD 2500 but i think this is too much just to determine the real reason for denial.
I just got my refusal letter today,


• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

My initial thought is the lack of justification in my Study plan, could there be other reasons for the purpose of visit?
