Hello,
My wife is a Canadian Citizen, by birth, who has been residing outside canada since she was 3 months old.

I have 3 children, aged 12, 4.5 and 2.5 years who are all Canadian Citizens by virtue of their mother.

I'm in professional work as Manager Business Development and Proposals in Contruction/EPC contracting business since past 13 years. I have a Computer Science degree followed by an MBA Marketing from a renowned business school outside Canada.

Now I want to know how bright chances I have of getting a Canadian immigration and most important if I can apply on spouse sponsorship without having my wife to live and work in Canada before starting the application process.

Helpful replies from the forum will be highly appreciated. Thank you in anticipation.

Perfectly normal to apply for spousal sponsorship, even with you Canaduan citizen wife living outside Canada. BUT part of the applucation is that she will need to provide solid evidence and proof of her intent to return rpto Canada if you are approved. They may well ask for her to prove she has given notice to her employer of her intention to resign. I myself lived in Canada until age 11, then live for the next 45 years outside Canada and I was able to prove intent to return, but it took a lot of evidence

Thanks. However she is working as a housewife only. And has no property or job in Canada... only relatives... so what could be the possible options of evidence of going back to Canada?

Can you secure a firm job offer in Canada? Can you buy property in Canada ahead of submitting the application? Maybe open a bank account in Canada and move funds here? You need to be able to show a few pieces of evidence to prove you will move here.

Since your wife has effectively never lived in Canada and has no ties to Canada, it's possible she may have to move here to be able to sponsor you if you cannot come up with sufficiently strong evidence.
