If you applied on paper you can link the application online using your application ID and/or UCI. Follow the steps I shared in my last post to you on this thread.

If you have already received the refusal letter with misinterpretation and ban, what else are you looking for? That is it. That is your refusal letter and the refusal reason.

Hi All,
What are the steps one can take if the visa refusal letter is not received?

My parents applied with paper application in Delhi, INDIA on 28-May. Biometrics done on the same day as well.
The passports were returned with no visa and no refusal letter on 12 June. No email with refusal letter received yet. I am not able to link the application to myCIC account now.

I have:
1. Raised request for GCMS note through ATIP.
2. Raised a CSE through webform.
3. Sent a mail to DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. Got an automated reply.
Is there anything more that I can do to get the refusal letter?

Online submission: 18 may 2019
Biometric request: same day may 18 2019
Biometric enrollment: 25 may 2019 (got updated the same day)
Correspondence letter: 31 may 2019
No updates after that
Anyone else with similar timelines?
I have seen people getting passport request or decisions right after correspondence letter. I haven't heard anything after

Medical Request - June 6, 2019

Correspondence letter tells us , that they have received our biometric and they are valid for 10 years.

My timeline for TRV from pakistan, lahore, online application, it might be some source of info for fellows
I hold valid US b1/ b2 visa and have visited US for 2 weeks. I wanted to apply for canada TRV as m planning to visit US and if m granted visa for canada, I can visit canada for few days
Application Submitted online on 29 april
Got biometrics request same day in my account
given biometric on 6 May
my account says
Eligibility : we are reviewing weather you meet eligibility critera
Background: we are processing your background check
my biometrics reflected in account on 6 May but I haven't received ack or correspondence email/letter
lets see how many days they need to complete my decision

From review eligibility to dicision made, how long is taken for you? I am in same situation at this moment.

Biometric req. : 16th April
Bio completed: 18 April.
PCC and upfront medical submitted with WP application.
Eligibility review start 17th June.

Any idea how long will take to decision made?

Immigration Afficer send me refusal mail but after one month my application still processing today we check vfs still processing

Can you please stop asking the same question ever where , you already banned for 5 years so what ever vfs is showing not gonna change your decision.
