No one here can tell you for sure when the decision will be made. The processing times are estimates for when they complete most of the straight forward files. The website currently states 40 days processing for trv applications submitted in Pakistan. It is not advisable to book travel before getting a visa unless it can be refunded, or one should apply much earlier.

Thanks for your reply. I just reserve airline ticket and hotel booking as well. I was in Japan with my friends that's why little bit late. What happen if someone never get the desion before traveling plan then how many chance about approval after traveling times...
If you get approved you can still go after your initial travel request. Its just the cost of the ticket that you could lose if not refunded.Thanks for your reply. No they do not process quicker if the application is for travel sooner, the processing time on the website is an estimate for majority of files, you could be quicker or could be longer no one can say for sure. Also no one can say for sure if you will be approved or not.[QUOTE

Was the conference being paid by your employer or by the people hosting the conference? That would improve chances. Also if you get approved after the conference is over be prepared to come up with a new purpose of travel. Why would you want to come after your conference?
Well I prefer to travel for same Conference. But you mean I get approval after the conference date then I have to make another plan for travel? The conference is paid and also attached tickets of some Niagara falls programs in the middle of July 2019 and attached copies of them with application.
