The Documents attached with the Visa Application were
1.Bank statment of Mother and Father with total balance of 100,000 CAD$
2.Signed letter from father that states that he will bear there expense
3.Return Ticket
4.Travel Insurance
5.Notarized Sponsor letter with the hosts passport copy property title and tax return
6.Letter from the Lawyer
7.Use of a representative form
8.US Visa copy with entry and exit Stamps
9.Letter from the School where they are currently enrolled as a full time student.
10.Tax return and wealth statement of Both the parents
11.Family registration certificate which show the Family Tree.

Applied a Paper based application on the 18th of June and they were refused visa twice before but after that the parents got the visa at the 3rd attempt and now my siblings are applying.

This looks like a strong case.

You have financial statements (shows you are financially able to take care of your self)
and ties to your country, and proof of intent to return.
and also travel history.

a letter from an attorney does not really do-anything its good to have but does not really let the vis officer approve it.

you should get approved, but you can never be sure

Good Luck.!!
