Hey Everyone, I need some help with Part C questions #3 and 4.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Some Details:
*I am the sponsor living in Canada, and I am sponsoring my wife who is in India currently.
*I traveled to India in Nov 2017 and had our Engagement. (we did not know each other before so this is Arranged marriage). After the engagement, we met a few times but she was living with her parents and I was living with my uncle and aunt.
*I returned back to Canada in December. (we talked through WhatsApp chat/calls)
*I went back to India in March 2019 and we got married in April 2019.
*After we got married we lived at my uncle and aunts place until May and we did go for few trips in India
* In may I came back to Canada and she went back to her parent's place.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The question asks

Are you living together now? I Answered No.
If no, explain why not. If you have lived together in the past, list when and where you lived together. If either of you are living with someone else, include their name and their relationship in the explanation.

here i wrote
"Since we both are in different countries we are currently not living together. The Principal Applicant currently resides in India [City name], with her [Parents names] and the Sponsor currently resides in Canada [City name] with his [Parents names] "

is this enough information to answer this question? would anyone be answering this question differently then what I have answered?

My second question

4. If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship? Yes or No

would I be answering yes or no to this question?
since we got engaged in November 2017 but we did not know each other that much we started to get to know each other after I came back to Canada.
would me going to India in March 2019 count as a "visit" to her even though the reason I went was to get married?

Also if the answer is "yes"
Did you stay together at the same location? "Yes" (since we stayed together after we for married)

"Where did you stay?" would my uncle's address go here? We traveled around India almost every 3-4 day we returned back to my uncle's place.

Please give me some guidance since I am so confused.
Thank you so much for taking the time and reading.

Q1- correct, you will answer it as No.
Q2- You will list down all the all the dates/occasion you guys met since your engagement.
you will mark it as stayed together on the marriage dates and be honest with putting in as your Uncle's Residence and address.

hi there I need some help. I just moved in to Canada last 2018, through family class sponsorship my mom is the sponsor
Me and my husband have been dating since 2013 and we just recently got married last jan 8 .on IMM 5532 PArt c question 3
Are you living together now, i answered NO
then explained that I am residing in canada he's in the PHL. and we just lived together for a few weeks after the wedding before I return to Canada
is that a good explanation already?

in Question number 4:
if you are not living together have you visited each other during the relationship?

My confusion, we have been dating long before I moved to Canada, and we only live on the same area which means we can see each other anytime as well as we go to the same college.
but on july 2019 I return to the Philippines to get married.
is it ok if the data that i'll be putting on the table was the date when I return to the Philippines and explain on a separate sheet that we have been dating for a couple of years before we go into long distance relationship?

Hey Everyone, I need some help with form IMM5532E
Part C questions #4 and 6.

1) For No 4 - If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?
We visited each others during the relationships so I answered YES.
In the column "Where did you stay?" should I text just "John's home" or set full address?

2) For No 6 How often do you communicate when you are not together and how?
Is it mean how often did we communicate during our relationships?
Now we are married and living together in Canada (I am here by visitor visa)

i have some doubts from IMM 5532 (part c Question 3)
In that question they are asking when Ur conjugal relationship started ?
Does that mean when someone start leaving together or have lived for one year?

There is a * there that explains it. It means when your relationship became exclusive and marriage-like. But since the question is in context of times living together, it means times after you started living together as a couple.
