If you're concerned, why not wait three months before you apply? Is your partner's visa running out? S/he can switch to visitor status if that's needed.
His WHV is valid until November. But we've spent so much time and money getting all the necessary documents - many of which we would have to redo if we wait 3 months.

You may want to go to a immigration consultant/lawyer and get an opinion on your paperwork. That way you'll be more certain.

The main reason we are concerned is because it says that to be considered common law, you have to live together in "one dwelling". We traveled on our bikes so this wasn't the case until we settled down in Canada three months later.

The term "one dwelling" means both of you under 1 roof/tent... It doesn't mean that common law spouses cannot MOVE within that year of cohabitation .

The time she applied for pr we started living together amd now its 14 months we are living together. So I know it’s common law relationship but we want marry each other now . So is it better to marry and she add me in her application or she can declare as a common law in her application to me ? Her application is Noc D category

Makes no difference really. You can choose to declare Common-Law or get married, the documentation requirements will be the same.

However - NOC D? How exactly is she getting PR with a NOC D job?

No. A points decrease only happens before submission. Since she has already submitted her application, and became common-law/married later, it will not reduce/increase points.

No. You will have to do your medicals and get police certificates, but you won't be asked to show income/employment history.
