Mistake on PR application form

Dear all,

I have recently realized that I did not add my exchange program for 4 months in the UK under personal history on my PR application. I was officially a student in my home university and was taking some courses from a university in the UK. That's why I thought I should state I was a student in Turkey. My main institutional affiliation was in Turkey.

What do you suggest? Should I change the form and write a letter of explanation? Do you think this might be counted as a misrepresentation?
