Ofcorse they will, but don’t underestimate non french candidates with strong profiles. Afterall french people can’t fill all the market requirement, but yes they will be preferred.

See we can’t say what they will do,in 2013 they implemented French as compulsory, I don’t think from arrima they select non French applicants

Man, I told you Arrima is the future in the beginning of 2019 but you weren’t convinced and passed a lot of your personal judgements and philosophy in reply. Now bill9 must have ensured you the ground reality. Similarly even now you have the same thinking about arrima future draw. Look it’s 2019 and comparing it with the past is just a false tactic to distract others. I agree they will for sure prefer and invite more french speakers but trust me English speakers won’t be in the trash bin just like 18000 innocent candidates and the ratio could be around 60-40. Mark my words and the draw results will ensure you the rest. God Bless you!

U can submit no issues,try for other options, do not stick on Quebec

My wife logged in arrima on sept 2018 but we married in june 19 will it affect in her points....will they consider we logged our marreige certificate will it affect...bcoz she got 50 points in single will they consider single score or spoyse score

I don't think so but you will have to update them that her circumstances have changed since she filed in her interest.

Yes we updated ...it means it wouldnt affect our scores right..

I don't think there will be a draw any sooner. I'm one of the 18000 applicants and I received a letter saying that I should deposit an interest in Arrima before 16 December 2019 and they would invite me for permanent selection before January 2020. Furthermore, they will send interest to only those people who are in Quebec on study or work permit and their application was cancelled.

So, I believe they will first invite candidates meeting these criteria and the normal candidates will be treated later. I am not sure they are going to conduct normal draws before March 2020. I hope I'm wrong though.

Anyway, I have got my PR through express entry and I am so happy to leave Quebec.
