Congrats on the PPR! May I ask what time during the day you see the medical extension on you account?
I won't be able to see it on my account. My immigration lawyer forwarded to me.

Must have been a long wait between AOR and MR!
I think I'm in the same boat, very long wait for MR, though hopefully after MR is done, PPR soon after.
