Do we need to submit birth certificate for primary applicant and spouse at any point of the immigration process?
Is the passport sufficient as proof of DOB?

From Canada.ca, my understanding is that birth certificate is required for only dependent children.

Only for dependent kid . They did not ask for me and my wife .But my 1 year old daughter's document list included BIRTH REGISTRATION document .

It's better to arrange it though. They asked me for it for PNP paperwork.

Only for dependent kid . They did not ask for me and my wife .But my 1 year old daughter's document list included BIRTH REGISTRATION document .

For fsw program ,there is no such requirement.
