Nope....

Try to put this aside. I find it is more frustrating approaching deadline with no signs of PPR.

Need your advise. I recently got an US b1/b2 visa stamped on my passport. Do I need to amend my docs in my application form via the web form? If yes, should I only attach the new page or the whole passport copy with this new stamp?

I still have not received PPR or interview email request yet. It has been almost a month and still nothing. My timeline bar has reached 6 months yesterday.

Be patient and calm, you'll get it soon. With Calgary IRCC, alot of applications exceed the 6 months standard processing time. My application was processed at Calgary IRCC; it took 9 months before I finally received an invitation for PR interview.
My AOR was July 26, 2018
Passed Medicals and Criminality August 26, 2018
Eligibility passed October 2018
Security took forever. I received PPR email April 4, 2019
COPR April 12, 2019
PR Card May 2019.
So, don't lose hope. You can always request for GCMS note to see where your application is at.
