Would it be possible to post what your letter says, removing all personal info? It will be much easier to tell that way. A screenshot or copy pasting. Usually in Montreal, for landing, you can just come in whenever you want within a specified period of time.

This interview is essential to finalize the processing of

clients who have received a convocation letter must:
-Present their convocation letter AND;
-Provide documents proving their identity matches the
name on the letter (lease, bills, social insurance card,
etc.)
