is it still landing interview?
Would it be possible to post what your letter says, removing all personal info? It will be much easier to tell that way. A screenshot or copy pasting. Usually in Montreal, for landing, you can just come in whenever you want within a specified period of time.

This interview is essential to finalize the processing of

In order to be admitted to the IRCC Montreal office,
clients who have received a convocation letter must:
-Present their convocation letter AND;
-Provide documents proving their identity matches the
name on the letter (lease, bills, social insurance card,
etc.)
It looks like they want to verify some kind of information. Did they ask you to send them documents, or perhaps does the letter also ask you to bring certain documents? Because of this part, I don't think it's a landing interview. Also, for an inland landing interview, they would ask the principal applicant to come with the sponsor.
They have asked for the sponsor to be present also . in addition bringing following documents: original passport, PR Card, Marriage certificate, Apartment lease, marriage pictures
Sorry to say but look like its interview to confirm some information on file but im sure you will be done very soon after that

Yeah, I think it might be a relationship interview to verify that your marriage is genuine. Hopefully everything goes well!

our file has been processed in Montreal from beginning
I received a letter asking for 3 things right of pr fee, RCMP and to clarify a mistake in dates I made on my app. I'm finally getting some movement. Good luck everyone.
