PR: Golden email that requires update of a newborn in Canada

Hello,

I received the PPR email that asks me to send the passports within 30 days to the case processing center to get the permanent residency visa. I replied that I had a newborn who is a Canadian citizen with the birth certificate. Should I wait for their reply or continue and send my passport to the case processing center?
