I don't know what the email address is. Do you have it?Thats too much..did you try to escalate or send email to Edmonton office or call etc if Customer support doesn't have answer.
The contact details as far as email or phone number are not readily available online. I think the only way to get it would be if some other member on here happened to have been contacted by that office, and then shared the contact details. No don't have. should be either on site of CPC office or at least customer service should be able to provide or they should contact. just guessing.
Based on others' experiences, you can probably expect a response from IRCC within 2-3 months at the most. Always a chance that it will take longer, but if you choose to go back, bear in mind it may only be for a couple of months. If that would make sense for your situation, it's not a bad idea. Granted I am sure you have considered all of this yourself already.I’m really thinking about returning back to my home country and leaving the application in process. I’m wasting time here and money here with no idea how long will it take. At least, I have a house in my country and will work there. I’m losing hope here
No .. nothing 1 week passed after 6months.No nothing for me
Did you get any?
Did you raise a cse or order gcms notes? No .. nothing 1 week passed after 6months.
There are actually many approvals from Edmonton which are not visible. There were some two or three people on dec 2018 forum who got pprs. Only thing I am confused is how later aors are recieving ppr while many from previous months are still waiting. I am guessing it's beacuse of the primary and secondary vo allocations due to which work is redistributed a lot and there is no clarity. I was told my primary is Edmonton and after 180 days again a secondary vo is added which is Vancouver. The agent couldn't tell me where my application is currentlyThere is a new PPR or approval in January, 2019 thread. His AOR is in Jan 21, and VO is also in Edmonton. Hope this means the office is really working on the cases. Cheers.
I also posted the below at the Oct AOR thread, but I think you guys might appreciate it...
Funny story. So 30 days ago I called the call centre and explained that my file has been approved since April 15 and I am not sure why there is a delay. The agent sent a message to the office on my behalf asking whether I could expect an interview or a request for passport email. So 30 days have passed, which is the amount of time the call centre agents have to wait before raising another query, so I called them again. The agent then tells me there has been no response to the question, but there is an update! So now I am excited. I ask what is the update... and the agent tells me my file is now with the Edmonton office. I am of course surprised, because my case has been with the Edmonton office for at least two months, probably more. Turns out the first agent sent a message to Sydney, which is where my case was previously... So the new agent has now sent a message to Edmonton, which is where the first message should have gone. I don't know whether to be surprised anymore.
:O I guess our files are just gathering dust in Edmonton... I submitted a web form and also applied for gcms.. I didn't get any reply for the web form though.. my boss who applied in August got ppr in Jan , just a week before the deadline... May be after Nov it's too much work load for them and not able to complete on time. That sounds awful.
And in regards to the 30 days query deadline, it happened to me as well, and when I called later there was no update, and they told me they require more time. After that I raised a webform in regards to the query, and finally I saw a ghost update on my case and then my boss told me they finally called him in regards to the immigration
