My parents live with me in Canada and I sponsored my parents PR. Other day I received letter that your file sent to new Delhi for further processing.
Yesterday my parents received letter for additional documents
Which is
1.A new police clearance certificate for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or
more, for you and for all accompanying dependants over the age of 18, if the prior certificates on
file are greater than 12 months old. For information on how to apply for a police certificate, see
our website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/index.asp
2. Travel history form for you and for all accompanying dependants over the age of 18, declaring
all travel undertaken. This form is also available on our website at the following address:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E33029.PDF
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.
Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and send to the High
Commission at the e-mail address or mailing address indicated below. Unless specifically
requested, original documents are not required. You may submit scanned copies by e-mail.

Now I am confused
In travel history , they gave CIC Link , when I clicked on that link , there are so my requirements
My question:
1. My parents live with me in Canada , do I have to send email or documents to Delhi, India address.
2. Do I have to send all those documents which shows on CIC Link guide or just travel history documents
3. In CIC guide Link there is Canadian CIC address , can I send documents to them or Delhi India address
